Its time for former cricketer's to be as administrators?

We all heard about Anil kumble elected as KSCA President.Don't you think that our former cricketer's should have been in administration long before?

Its a good sign now that it happened!! People like Kumble,Srinath,Prasad,Sourav,Kapil should be there in cricket administration.

This is what Kumble told one news channel "I believe we - all of us in the team - have the commitment, the intention, to change Karnataka cricket, to take it to the next level, to develop the facilities, the grassroots cricket," Cricten hopes that his words will spread not only for Karnataka but for entire states in the country.

In future,Cricten believes that Sourav Ganguly can be elected as our BCCI president soon.It makes huge difference in Indian cricket. These are the players who knows what they wanted when they play for the country. They can tremendously improve our domestic circuit.

Even in the matter of selection of players for the team will not have politics as they know how to deal.
Talented players based on performance will be in priority for selection if such changes happen in Indian cricket.

When Sachin,Rahul and Laxman retires from cricket they have huge role to play in administration as well. They have to take up the challenge as Kumble showed us.

1.DEEPAK CHAHAR

20 talents in indian cricket for the future

1.DEEPAK CHAHAR
Deepak chahar Born August 7, 1992, Agra, Uttar Pradesh

He is an exceptional talent which Team india will look a head in the future. Those who watched his recent performance in Ranji season 2010 will definitely agree. His 8 wickets against hyderabad was something special .

The ball was swinging in and out which made batsman clueless. It was a treat to watch. India lacked such a swing bowler in recent past.He is already compared to Manoj prabhakar or Waqar younis by the experts.

Seeing  his bowling action, he has lovely rhythm in run up and decent pace.He bowls around 135-140 km with  front arm action.

CricTen believes he can bring surprise to the world when it comes to the selection of India squad for the world cup 2011 even though he has lot to prove in domestic level.
The performance he showed definitely makes one believe that he can bring wonders in international level especially for the world cup even though he is inexperienced. But it all depends upon our selectors how they think.

3.CHETESHWAR PUJARA

Born January 25, 1988, Rajkot, Gujarat

Classic top order batsman with very good technique against both fast bowler and spin.He is perfet man to replace rahul dravid as one down batsman in indian test line up. After scoring huge amount of runs in domestic level he finally got chance to play for India against Australia. His knock of  72 in fourth inning run chase against Australia was fabulous.

His cricketing plans are very much simple.he is more of stable batsman with solid technique.he can play shots all around with wicket. One thing he has to workout is to show selectors that he can score runs with high strike- rate.

Seeing the caliber in indian line up in ODI,Cricten believes that it will be tough for him to make out in world cup squad. but for the future,Pujara is definitely the man to watch out.

2. IQBAL ABDULLA

2. Sayed Iqbal Abdulla

He is one of the youngster who definitely in the eye of selectors.Nobody will argue if he gets selected in national squad in place of ravindra jadeja. He is far better batsman than the current bits and piece all rounders in the India squad.

He plays for mumbai Ranji season and if he able to perform consistently ,can do wonders for him.
